We deployed a fix around 12:00 PM PDT to restore access to most of the Partner Portal.
At the moment, only the settings tab on the Partner Portal may not be loading correctly. Our team is working on a fix.

We had an issue with the Listings API when attempting to activate/list listings that resulted in unexpected 400 errors with the following error message: "We couldn't verify your address. Check and update it to continue."
The issue began on Oct 14, 2025 at 01:48 UTC and was resolved on Oct 15, 2025 18:00 UTC. This issue only affected a small subset of listings and has been resolved since.
Please retry any failed requests and reach out to us via Support Portal if you are still encountering the issue.
