On October 28, between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM (PDT), we experienced an issue with reservation webhook notifications. During this time, guest details, such as last names and phone numbers, were missing from some reservations. To retrieve the missing guest details, please use the GET reservations API. If the issue continues, please contact us through the Support Portal.
