We had an issue with the Listings API when attempting to activate/list listings that resulted in unexpected 400 errors with the following error message: "We couldn't verify your address. Check and update it to continue."

The issue began on Oct 14, 2025 at 01:48 UTC and was resolved on Oct 15, 2025 18:00 UTC. This issue only affected a small subset of listings and has been resolved since.
